At 12'500 feet, the pilot experienced clear air turbulence
and decided to reduce the throttle to idle to initiate a descent.
The aircraft suddenly pitched nose down in a near vertical attitude.
The pilot then accidentally placed the throttle into a reverse pitch
rate, and was unable to bring the power back up. So he jumped out
with its parachute and the aircraft crashed.
