  • After the installation of a crop-dusting equipment, the crew took off without any permission with an engineer on board. While turning on final approach at a very low height (10 meters), the lower wing struck tree tops. The single engine aircraft yawed left on 45°, rolled, hit the ground, overturned and caught fire. All on board were killed.
